How do I make reservations?
All of our booking is done online. Use our BOOK NOW tab on the website to see all available rooms and times. All rooms are to be paid in advance. For your credit card security, we are unable to take payments over the phone.
How do I reschedule or cancel my booking?
There is a link in your email confirmation you can use if you need to change or cancel your booking. If you cancel, please be aware of our refund policy. Up to 48 hours in advance is a full refund, less than 48 hours notice there is NO refund given.
I have never done one of these: Are they scary? Are there actors in the room?
Each room is themed and has a unique story-line that engages the players through their environment. None of our room themes are intended to scare or startle, and there are no actors in the rooms.
Will other people be in the room with us?
To allow as many people to enjoy our rooms as possible, we do book our rooms to capacity, so if you book fewer than the room’s limit, there is a possibility that other players might join you—but don’t worry, it is a lot of fun to work with others who have different perspectives, and it is a great way to meet people. Often, our mixed groups are the most successful!
Can we have more people in a room than listed on the website?
Our games are optimally designed for the number of people listed. However, we can accommodate up to 12 in PipeWorks, 8 in Crimson Storm, and 8 in Rampancy. Grim Stacks is already maximized at 6. For safety reasons, we cannot exceed these maximums. If you want to bring 1 or 2 additional people, please let us know by calling us at 720.379.7656.
Can we book a room outside of your hours listed on the book now page? I have a large group and would like to start several rooms at the same time?
Yes this is possible. For pricing and availability please call 720.398.8065 and an event specialist can assist you.
What is the age limit/which would be most appropriate for my kid’s birthday party/can I bring babies? Do all parents need to be present for minors to play?
There is no age limit, though the puzzles are designed for adults. We recommend the higher success rate games for younger groups. If your group is all under the age of 14 then a parent or adult will need to be in the room with them, as well as there to sign the waiver before game play. We don’t recommend bringing babies as it makes focusing on the game extremely difficult; however, they are not prohibited. If you are bringing children under the age of 14, we recommend booking the entire room.
How much is it? Can I get a group / senior / student / military / Groupon discount?
The cost is $28 + tax, per person. We do offer a military discount, please call us to receive your code. Due to our competitive pricing, however, we are unable to offer additional discounts.
Are the rooms wheelchair friendly?
Yes, all of our rooms can be played from a wheelchair. Some rooms might have crawl spaces, but we have provided alternate routes if you are unable to crawl through.
Where are you located?
The physical address is 11674 Huron St, Ste 300, Northglenn, CO 80234. We are in an office park on the NE Corner of 116th Pl and Huron. Once you are in our complex, you should start to see signs. We are located in the middle building, and our entrance is on the East side of the building. We ask that you and your group arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time, to allow everyone enough time to sign the waiver, hear the rules, and get psyched up to start on time!
Are animals or pets allowed in the rooms?
Service animals are always welcome; purse pets or any other pet is not.
Can we bring alcohol in with us?
While that sounds like a great idea, the answer is no. You will need most of your brain power to escape the room. There are plenty of places close to us for you to enjoy an adult beverage after your experience. Trust us, you are going to talk about your experience for hours.
